"Southern Appalachian Studies Series: The Face of Coal," presented by Joe Martin. Joe Martin grew up in the coal fields of West Virginia and worked in the coal industry for many years and will bring his unique perspective on coal mining, an industry that has changed the face of Southern Appalachia. This program will be in the Sharon Lawson Room.
